What do I do to cancel my tickets after the cancellation period from personal reason?
☞ Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the cancellation period except for reasons including natural disasters, cancellation of competition, death of the ticket purchaser, and communicable diseases. If you are unable to attend the game due to personal reasons after the cancellation period, as you can give the ticket to another person, we advise you to give the tickets to your family members or friends.
Can I cancel my ticket after placing an order or payment?
☞ Tickets purchased online can be canceled without fees within 7 days from the date of notification or acknowledgement through website, e-mail, etc. after paying for the tickets in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions etc. However, it will not be canceled from July 1, 2019.

after the ticket order is possible at the session level, but cancelling
individual ticket unit is not allowed. (If you cancel individual tickets, it will
automatically cancel session unit as well.)
☞ As tickets purchased offline cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment, we ask you to be more careful with your purchase. However, if the competition is cancelled due to natural disasters or bad weather, or due to death of the ticket purchaser or if attending the game is difficult from infectious diseases, etc., the original purchaser can apply for a refund.
