[Click the [My Page] > [Manage User Information] button to edit.

Change password

Click the [My Page] > [Change Password] button. Enter the current password and new password to change the password.

[Delete Account]

Once you delete your account, your information is not restored when you sign up again.

You can delete your account in [Mypage] > [Manage User Information].

[Cancellation Deadline]

Tickets purchased online can be canceled at no charge in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce etc. within 7 days from the date of transaction confirmation notification.

However, even in this case, cancellation is not allowed from July 1, 2019. Also, a canceling purchaser shall pay for any shipping charges incurred due to cancellation of order.

[Note for Cancellation]

Despite the relevant refund rules, including the return of the ticket, refund may be made by applying with medical certificate attached if the spectator is unable to attend the competition due to his or her own death, severe illness, hospitalization or infectious disease.

When canceling within 7 days from the purchase, it can be canceled by session (sport), but it cannot be canceled by individual ticket.

[Refund]

Purchaser of the ticket may request for refund if the competition is postponed to another date or canceled due to natural disasters, bad weather, etc. or if the spectator is unable to attend the competition due to his or her own death, severe illness, infectious disease by submitting with medical certificate attached. All refunds are processed at once after all competitions end.

Tickets purchased offline cannot be canceled or refunded, so please be careful when making a purchase. However, the original purchaser of the ticket may request for refund if the competition is canceled due to natural disasters, bad weather, etc. or if the spectator is unable to attend the competition due to his or her own death, infectious disease by submitting with medical certificate attached.
